Information on the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive

Law on the placing on the market, the take-back and the environmentally sound disposal of electrical and electronic equipment (Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act - ElektroG)

Note regarding the Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act (ElektroG):

Please dispose of old devices as required by law at a municipal collection point, or return them free of charge to local retailers.

Disposal in household waste is expressly prohibited according to the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive! Furthermore, you can return up to three household appliances (no external dimension larger than 25 cm) to us free of charge after use by sending them back to the address given in the legal notice with sufficient postage.
Old appliances containing hazardous substances are marked with the symbol of a crossed-out trash can. You will also find this information in the accompanying documents of the shipment or in the manufacturer's operating instructions.
