Payment options

Dear Customer,

The following payment options are generally available to you for paying for your order:

Payment in advance
After receiving the order confirmation and the invoice number contained therein, you can pay for your order in advance. As soon as the purchase price has been received in our account, the goods will be shipped to you.

Payment via PayPal
PayPal allows you to pay securely, easily, and quickly in online shops. The purchase amount is transferred to our bank account immediately, so you receive your goods even faster. A free PayPal account is required to pay with PayPal. Customers without a PayPal account can pay by credit or debit card.

Shopify Payments
At checkout, you can choose between different payment options via Shopify Payments:
You have the following payment options: credit card, PayPal, Meta Pay, Amazon Pay and Apple Pay.

Delivery

Your order will be shipped via DHL.

Shipping costs

For shipping within Germany, we charge a flat rate of €5.95 per order. Orders over €15.00 ship free of charge.
For shipping within Austria, we charge a flat rate of €14.00 per order. Orders over €60.00 ship free of charge.

Orders Switzerland

Our online service partner MeinEinkauf.ch handles deliveries to Switzerland.
